Traditional Pakistani flatbread - soft and perfect for dinner
Asad Khawani Roti is a traditional Pakistani flatbread known for its soft texture and authentic taste. Perfect for serving with curry, daal makhani, chicken karahi, or any Pakistani gravy dish. This simple recipe uses everyday ingredients to create delicious rotis at home.
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead into soft dough.
2. Add oil and knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Rest dough for 20 minutes.
3. Divide dough into equal balls. Roll each ball into thin round shape.
4. Cook on hot tawa (griddle) until brown spots appear. Flip and cook other side. Serve hot with your favorite curry!
