Handi Murgh Paneer

Handi Murgh Paneer is a luxurious Pakistani wedding dish featuring tender chicken and soft paneer in rich, creamy gravy. This recipe combines aromatic spices with cream and butter for a restaurant-style curry perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • • 500g chicken (boneless)
  • • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • • 2 onions, sliced
  • • 4 tomatoes, pureed
  • • 1 cup cream
  • • Ginger garlic paste
  • • Garam masala, cumin, coriander
  • • Kasuri methi
  • • Butter and oil

1. Fry onions in butter until golden. Add ginger garlic paste and spices.

2. Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates. Add chicken, cook until tender.

3. Add paneer cubes and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Garnish with kasuri methi and serve with naan or rice!
