Ingredients:

  • Qeema (chicken) 300 gms
  • Potatoes cubes small 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onions sliced 1
  • Tomato sliced 2 (small)
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
  • National salt 1 tsp
  • National red chili powder 1.5 tsp
  • Zeera crushed 1 tbsp
  • National Corriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • National Haldi 1/4 tsp
  • National Crushed Pickles 1 tbsp
  • Corriander leaves to garnish
  • Green chilies to garnish
  • National Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • In a wok, add oil, and fry in sliced onions till golden.
  • Add ginger/garlic paste, stir fry along with tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, and spices ( salt, red chili powder, zeera and coriander, and Haldi). Cover and cook till masala is well cooked.
  • Now add chicken mince and cook till color changes and the water that it has released is dry. Add in potatoes too, stir fry and add water 1/2 cup. Cover and cook till both are completely tender.
  • Finally add in National Crushed Pickles, garam masala, and green chilies and put on dum.
  • Dish out and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Served with boiled rice!
