Achari Chicken Tikka Boti

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless: 2 breast pieces
  • Garlic Ginger Paste: 2-3 tbsp
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • National Chicken Tikka Boti Masala: 2 tbsp
  • National Crushed Achar with Pickle Oil: 1 tbsp
  • National Salt: if needed
  • Crushed Red Pepper: 2 tbsp
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Oil: for frying
  • Green Chilies
  • Tomato, Lemon wedges, onion, and capsicum in half cut

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in chicken and leave it for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil. Add marinated chicken. When roasting is completed then cover it to be cooked.
  • Smoke coil and all veggies including tomato, onion, capsicum, and lemon wedges.
  • Serve hot.
