Achari Pinwheel Samosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup(boiled mashed potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup green peas (boiled, mashed)
  • 4 tbsp chopped green coriander
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 tbs National Haldi powder
  • 1 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbs National Crushed Pickle
  • 1 tbs National Cumin powder 1/2tbs National Garam Masala Powder
  • National Salt to taste

Directions

    Step 1

    • 1 cup(boiled mashed potatoes)
    • 1/2 cup green peas (boiled, mashed)
    • 4 tbs chopped green coriander
    • In a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, now add all spices mixed with National Crushed Pickles in it and put this mixture over mash potatoes and peas mixture.
    • Mix it well.
      • Step 2 (for dough)

        • Take 1 bowl of plain flour and add 2 tbsp oil/ghee, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of soda.
        • Add water(according to your need)to make dough. Keep this aside for almost 15 minutes.
          • Step 3

            • Make a roti with dough, spread potatoes mixture over it, now roll it, then cut into small pieces. (slightly) Press each pinwheel in ur palm.
            • Deep fry it, and enjoy Achaari Pinwheel Samosas.
