  • Boiled Potatoes : 4-5 Medium
  • Boiled Eggs : 2
  • Oil : 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onions : 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Gingers : 1 Tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli : 1 Tbsp
  • National Sabzi Masala : 1/4 Tsp or as per your taste
  • Chopped National Mixed Achar : 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander : 2 Tbsp
  • Bessan : 3/4 Cup
  • Rice Flour : 2 Tbsp
  • National Iodized Salt : 1/2 Tsp
  • National Chili Powder : 1/4 Ttsp
  • Baking Powder : 1/4 Tsp
  • Water: About 1/2 Cup
  • Oil : For Frying


Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl

Chop the boiled eggs and keep them aside

Heat up some oil in a pan and cook onion, giner and green chilli for few minutes

Add National Sabzi Masala and cook for 2 minutes. If it starts to dry up then add 2 tbsp of water

Now add the mashed potatoes, boiled eggs, fresh coriander and National Mixed Achar. Mix them well

Make round balls of that mixture and keep them aside

In a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, baking powder, National Iodized Salt and National Chilli Powder. Mix them well

Add some water to make a thick but runny batter

Coat one potato ball at a time in this batter and fry in medium heat till it turns in dark golden brown color

Serve hot with National Ketchup or Imli Chutni
