• Egg : 4
  • Milk : 2 ablespoons
  • Oil : 1/2 cup
  • Chicken chunks :100 gm
  • Onion chopped : 1
  • Green capsicum chopped : 1/4
  • Tomato chunks : 3-4
  • National Karhai Ghost Masala : 1 tablespoon
  • National Iodized Salt  : to taste
  • Fresh coriander : 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili chopped : 2


In a mixing bowl whisk egg and milk together and keep aside.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and cook chicken for few minutes.

To this add onion, green capsicum, tomatoes, National Karahi Masala and National Iodized Salt to taste and cook on medium high heat for few minutes till tomatoes gets little soften.

Add green chili and fresh coriander to egg mixture and pour into vegetable mix.

Cook on medium heat while stirring vigorously till no runny liquid left and the mixture is still shiny.

Serve with paratha or slice bread.
