Love in family special occasions or dinners

Ingredients:

  • Beef boneless meat 600 gms
  • Yogurt 150 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
  • National Red Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Fried onion 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice squeeze 1 whole
  • National Bihari masala 4 tbsp
  • National Salt according to taste
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • National Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
  • National Roasted cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Jullien ginger few
  • Green chilies chopped 1tbsp
  • Coal 1 piece for dum
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Directions

  • In a deep pan or pot add meat boti and all mentioned ingredients together and also give a smoke of coal and leave it for marination for at least 2 hours.
  • Then cook on low flame till meat boti will be tender and all the water has dried.
  • Bhonify well and it's ready.
  • Put some julienne ginger and coriander leaves and again give a smoke of coal.
  • Enjoy with salad, raita, roti, and parathas.
