Boil 1/4 kg chickpeas and 3 medium size potatoes
In a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, some curry leaves, and National cumin 1 tbsp, fry for some seconds then add 1/4 cup National ketchup, 4 tbsp National crushed pickle, 1/2 tbsp National red chili powder, and 3 tbsp tamarind paste.
Fry it for a min and add boiled potatoes and chickpeas.
Mix it together and put it on dum for a few minutes.
Mazedar achari chat is ready.
