- White Chickpeas : half kg
- Baking Soda : 1 teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon
- Green Chilies : 6
- Fresh Coriander : half bunch
- Water : 10 glasses
- Oil : half cup
- National Achar Gosht Masala : 1 packet (50 grams)
Wash chickpeas and leave to soak overnight with half tsp baking soda.
In the morning, rinse the chickpeas and boil in 10 glasses of water with half tsp baking soda.
Cook until tender.
In a separate pot, heat the oil and gently fry the ginger garlic paste until fragrant.
Mix National Achar Gosht Masala in 1 cup water, add to the pot and fry until the oil separates.
Now add the tender, boiled chickpeas and cook on low heat for half an hour.
Turn off the heat, garnish with chopped green chilies and fresh coriander, and serve with Puri Paratha.
