Ingredients Chapli Cheese Balls:

  • Boiled Potato 1 cup
  • Boiled Chicken 2 cups
  • National Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cream 6 tbsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli 2 tsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves, chopped 4 tbsp
  • National Chapli Kabab Masala 1 pack
  • Egg 2
  • Crunchy bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese, cut into small cube. 200g


Ingredients for Mayo Chilli Sauce:

  • National Mayo 1 cup
  • Sriracha extra hot chilli sauce 4-5 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Milk 6 tbsp


  • Add chicken, potato, cream, salt and pepper in a chopper and chop them (do not over chop because then it would be difficult to handle it)
  • Stuff cheese in potato chicken balls
  • In other bowl add bread crumbs 2 cups, coriander, green chilli and 2 tbsp National Chapli Kebab Masala, stir well
  • Rest of the Chapli Masala add in another bowl
  • Coat cheese balls in dry national Chapli kabab Masala
  • Then dip in beaten egg
  • And finally coat in national Chapli Masala plus bread crumbs mixture
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry Chapli potato cheese balls until crisp and golden


  • Mix them all together until smooth
