  • Chicken breast (boneless) : 150 gm
  • National White Karahi Masala : 2 Tbsp
  • National Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
  • Green Chili Paste : 1 Tsp
  • Boiled Potatoes : 250 gm
  • National Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
  • National Iodized Salt : Up to your taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese : 100gm
  • All-purpose Flour : 1 cup
  • Bread Crumbs : 1 cup
  • Oil : For frying


In a saucepan add some shredded chicken, National White Karahi Masala, National Ginger Garlic Paste and National Green Chili Paste, keep them aside

Boil some potatoes. Cook them on medium temperature till all the water evaporates. Cool them off and shred them finely

Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl

Add National Pepper Powder, National Iodized Salt, and shredded chicken and mix it well

Cut the cheese in small dice

Using a little water pat, make little potato round discs in your palm, place a piece of cheese in the center of each disc and fold them to give a round ball shape. Repeat the process with all the disc and keep them aside

Use a mixing bowl to combine all-purpose flour. About 1 cup water or enough to make a thin batter

Dip the potato balls in flour batter and then in bread crumbs. Coat them well. After doing that, freeze them for at least 30 minutes before frying

Deep fry in medium heat till nice golden color appears on them. Enjoy with National Chili Garlic Sauce
