Chef Irfan Wasti has come a long way since he started his career back in 2006 as an internee at Lal Qila. Mr. Wasti obtained his advanced food production diploma from PITHM. There has been no looking back for him since his culinary journey started, as he has now worked with multiple organizations including catering companies, cafes, bakeries, fine dining restaurants, and culinary schools. He also provides expert consultancy to different companies while developing recipes and partaking in food styling for various brands. His specialty is Pakistani and Indian cuisines, and he is currently working as an Executive Chef at Lal Qila while also hosting a live cooking show on Masala TV called “Flame on Hai.”
