Ingredients for Mayo Crispy Chicken:

  • Chicken Breast                                               ½ kg
  • National Black Pepper Powder               ½ tsp
  • National Salt as per taste
  • National Mayo                                               1 cup (200g)
  • Butter                                                              ½ cup (100g)
  • Dry parsley leaves                                         2 tsp
  • Crunchy bread crumbs
  • Egg                                                                    3
  • Plain flour


Ingredients for Mayo Garlic sauce:

  • National Mayo                                           200g
  • Garlic clove                                                2
  • Sugar                                                             2 tsp
  • White pepper powder                           ½ tsp
  • Vinegar                                                         2 tbsp
  • Olive oil                                                        2 tbsp
  • Water                                                           ¼ cup

Add all ingredients in blender and blend well until smooth.


  • In a mixing bowl add National Mayo, butter, parsley leaves, black pepper and pinch of salt and stir well
  • Cover and put in the refrigerator till mixture get firm
  • Cut chicken fly into half and flatten the fly
  • Add National Mayo mixture and roll it
  • You can even use piping bag for filling
  • Put mayo filled chicken in refrigerator for 2 hours
  • Now roll in dry flour, then in beaten egg and in bread crumbs
  • Again repeat the process but this time dip chicken strip in egg and then in bread crumbs
  • Fry in medium heat oil until crunchy golden brown
