KEEP THE MENU MODERATE!

Focus on a well-balanced menu with a good mix of iftari dishes like pakoras, samosas, Fruit Chaat, Dahi Baray, Khatay Aloo, and couple of main dishes like Biryani, Haleem etc.

MAKE SURE TO ADD FEW KIDS FRIENDLY ITEMS IN THE MENU!

Most kids will not eat spicy dishes. Easy ideas are: Mixed fruit, chicken nuggets, pasta, cheese pizza etc.

HYDRATE BEFORE EATING! HAVE LOTS OF WATER READY!
