Exchange / Return Policy

National Foods currently will not be offering any cash refunds but instead product replacements if need be.

 

  1. What items can be exchanged? (Please note, National Foods will be happy to offer you a product replacement or exchange however will not provide a refund)
    • Wrong product/s delivered to the customer.
    • Damaged Product/s delivered.
    • Expired Product

    The items subject to be considered valid for exchange is if contact has been made with the time bracket of 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. What happens if customer receive the wrong quantity of products?
    • The quantity of the products is to be checked at the time of delivery as once after the products are delivered no claim regarding product quantity will be entertained. Please notify the rider and contact customer services immediately. Customer can open the carton to verify quantity at time of delivery.

  3. What products are “final sale” (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)?
    • Items that were bought on discount and/or Promotional Bundle offers.

  4. When can things be exchanged?
    • call our customer services within 3 days of delivery to be issued a replacement product if it is damaged or expired.

  5. In what condition can items be returned for a replacement:
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • NFL reserves the final rights to reject the return of any product that does pass quality checks done by our Quality Control team and/or is not returned in original form i.e., unused, seal is intact, and packaging is original.
    • Product exchange for unsealed items or products will only be applicable in case there is a quality issue with the product/s and is returned in original packaging where a call has been placed to our customer services within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • In case there is a quality issue and product has been opened, 90% of product volume must be there for relevant department to carry out investigation.
    • NFL reserves the final rights to accept or reject the return of the product once it has conducted its investigation.

  6. How to initiate an exchange?
    • In case of order replacement, the customer can either contact our customer services team on “(021)111-111-635(NFL)” with his/her order number, name, and phone number.

  7. How can I cancel my whole order?

    You have the option to cancel your order through the website otherwise a representative from our customer care will get in touch before dispatching your order. You can confirm at the time if you want to cancel your order or not.

    Order cancellation is valid before the dispatch/shipment/out for delivery of the order otherwise the cancellation will not be valid.

  8. What will happen if my return request is not approved?

    If the replacement/exchange request is not approved, the customer will be informed of the reason for not approving the request and NFL reserves the final right.
