  2. What payment options do I have?

    We offer Cash on delivery service.

  3. Can my orders be cancelled?

    Order cancellation is valid before the dispatch/shipment/out for delivery of your order otherwise the cancellation will not be valid.

  4. How Can I cancel my order or ask for an exchange?

    In case of order cancellation, you can either contact our customer services team on (021) 111-111-635 (NFL) or email us on customerservices@madeeasy.com with your order number, name and phone number. Please note, order cancellations will only be accepted if it is done before order dispatch.

  5. What items can be exchanged? (Please note, National Foods will be happy to offer you a product replacement or exchange however will not provide a refund)
    • Wrong product/s delivered to the customer.
    • Damaged Product/s delivered.
    • Expired Product.
  6. How can I cancel my whole order?

    You have the option to cancel your order through the website otherwise a representative from our customer care will get in touch before dispatching your order. You can confirm at the time if you want to cancel your order or not. Order cancellation is valid before the dispatch/shipment/out for delivery of the order otherwise the cancellation will not be valid.

  7. How many days does the delivery take?

    The National Made Easy store wants you to enjoy hassle free shipping and enjoy the benefits of ordering online. From the moment you place your order to when you receive it, we make sure you can track your package. We aim to have your product delivered by the next working day.

  8. If a product is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

    We aim to have all products re-stocked as soon as possible. In case you don’t see the product you are looking for, don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team who will be able to give you an update.

  9. I received my order and it was the incorrect one. What can I do?

    We’re sorry to hear that you received an incorrect order! This is very rare and we hope to rectify this ASAP. In case you received someone else’s order please contact customer services immediately so we can have this solved for you.

  10. Can I get a refund?

    We’re sorry to hear that you would like a refund. National Foods will be happy to offer you a product replacement however will not provide a refund.

  11. Do you deliver on Sundays?

    Currently not on Sunday and public holidays.
