- Chops : 1 kg
- Onions : 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 teaspoon
- National Vinegar : half cup
- Eggs : 2
- Breadcrumbs : 1 cup
- Oil For frying
- National Pasanday Masala : 1 packet (50 grams)
In a deep pot, combine the onions, chops, ginger garlic paste, National Pasanday Masala, vinegar and 2 glasses of water.
Set on medium heat to cook.
When the chops are tender, remove them from the pot and let cool.
Dip the cooled chops first in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and deep fry to a crispy golden color.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
