- Fresh Coriander : half bunch
- Fresh Mint : half bunch
- Green Chilies : 4
- Garlic Cloves : 4
- Lemon Juice : 4 tablespoon
- National Salt : As required
- Yogurt : half kg
- Coal : 1 piece
- National Chat Masala : 2 tbsp
Combine coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic cloves, salt, National Chat Masala and lemon juice in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
In a large bowl, beat the yogurt until it is smooth and creamy.
Whisk in the green chutney paste.
Heat the piece of coal until red, put it in a small bowl, and place the bowl in the middle of the large bowl of yogurt mix.
Drizzle a bit of oil on the coal to release its smoky flavor.
Cover the large bowl tightly and remove the coal just before serving.
