Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Curry leaves
  • National Cumin
  • National Red Chilli Powder
  • National Crushed Pickle
  • Tamarind paste
  • National Ketchup
  • Oil

Directions

  • Boil 1/2 kg potatoes (peeled and cut into big cubes)
  • In a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, some curry leaves, and National cumin 1 tbsp, fry for some seconds then add 1/4 cup National ketchup, 4 tbsp National crushed pickle, 1/2 tbsp National red chili powder, and 3 tbsp tamarind paste.
  • Fry it for a min and add boiled potatoes.
  • Mix it together and put it on dum for a few minutes.
  • Mazedar achari aloo are ready.
