- National Mango Custard: 2 tbsp
- Hot Water
- Cream: 200 gm
Take 2 tbsp National Mango Custard. Add 1 cup of milk. Wisk well and keep it aside.
Add 6 tbsp sugar and 1/2 kg milk in a pan. Add the previously prepared custard mix.
Make a thick paste.
Make mango cubes.
Add 4 tbsp hot water and 2 tbsp gelatin.
In a bowl pour the paste.
Add 200 gm cream, 2 tbsp gelatin and mango cubes. Mix well.
Pour into glasses.
Freeze and enjoy.
