Ingredients:

  • Masoor 250 grams
  • National Salt 1 Tbsp
  • National Red Chilli 1 Tbsp
  • National Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 mug
  • Water as required
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves

Directions

  • Wash the masoor first then take a pressure cooker and add masoor, water, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric.
  • Give 15 minutes to steam then take a pan, heat the oil, and cook the cloves till golden brown.
  • Add zeera and green chili after opening the cooker.
  • Lastly add milk and cook it on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
