  • Chicken Whole (With Skin) : 1
  • Water : 2 Ltr
  • National Vinegar : 1/2 Cup
  • National Iodized Salt : 2 Tbsp
  • National Chicken Tandoori Masala : 3 Tbsp
  • National Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice : 4 Tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander : 8-10 Sprigs
  • Green Chilli : 2
  • Lemon Halves : 2


Combine water, National Vinegar and National Iodized Salt in a mixing bowl and make a brine. Rest the chicken in this solution for 1 hour in the refrigerator

Take it out. Run it under tap water thouroughly. Dry it and keep it aside

Combine National Chicken Tandoori Masala, National Ginger Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice and Oil. Make a marinade

Marinade the chicken inside out with that mixture. Put fresh coriander, green chilli, and lemon halves in the cavity and put the chicken in refrigerator for 1-2 hours

Heat up oven to 250C

Place the chicken in a roasting pan, cover it with aluminum foil and roast for an hour. Turn the heat to 180C, uncover the chicken and cook for another 30 minutes.

Take the chiken out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing
