Ingredients

  • Chicken wings with skin 10-12 pieces
  • National Garlic Paste. 1 tsp
  • National Ginger Paste 1 tsp
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1 tbs
  • National Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tsp
  • National Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Sauce 1 tbsp
  • National Tomato Ketchup 6 tbsp
  • National Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

 

For Frying Mixture:

  • National Pakora Mix 1 pack
  • Tempura flour ½ cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 2

Method

  1. Add all the marination ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well
  2. Now add chicken Lollipop and mix it
  3. Cover and leave for at least 2 hour or overnight in a fridge
  4. Add National Pakora mix and tempura flour in a mixing bowl and mix well
  5. Beat an egg in another bowl
  6. First coat chicken Lollipop in dry mixture
  7. Dip in beaten egg and again coat in a dry mixture
  8. Shake excess dry mixture and fry until they turn into light golden brown
  9. Serve hot with National Tomato Ketchup
