Biryani is considered a Mughlai Crowned dish that has its origins in the Royal Courts of the Sub Continent. It is a dish which has taken the heart of Muslims, Hindus, Middle EasterneRs and even Europeans. For Me Biryani has always been a happy meal.

Chicken 12 pieces 1 kg
Whole Black Pepper 7-8
Basmati Rice 1 kg
National Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
Onion Golden Brown 2 large size
Cloves 4-6
National Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Fresh Lemon 3-4
Yogurt 2 cups
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Crushed Cardamom 4-6
Warm Milk 1 cup
White Cumin 1 tsp
Bay Leaf 1 or 2
Saffron Color ¼ tsp
Black Cumin ½ tsp
Saffron (optional) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
National Sindhi Biryani Mix (ensure plums are separated) ½ packet
