Slider Burger

All the glory packed inside a smaller yet much tastier bun is all what Slider Burgers are known for. A fun alternative to traditional-sized hamburgers you’d love to the fullest.

Directions

  • For the beef patty, mix 500gm of minced beef with 1 tsp National Salt, 1 tbsp National Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Paste and 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic with hands. Put aside for 5 minutes.
  • For BBQ Sauce, combine 2 tbsp BBQ National Tomato Ketchup, 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce and 1 tsp National Garlic Powder.
  • For Mushroom Sauce, Melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté chopped garlic in it for half a minute on low flame. Now add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add 3 tbsp cream, 1 tsp chicken powder and 1 tsp National Black Pepper Powder, reduce the sauce for 2-3 minutes and cool it.
  • For Chipotles Sauce, combine all the ingredients in the blender or mini-food processor. Mix until you have smooth creamy sauce. Taste and adjust the spice level based on your preference.
  • To make the beef patties, Make small patties with hand and panfry it in less oil for 3 minutes each side on medium-low flame.
  • For all the sliders, roast the slider breads, put each sauce on it, then rocket leaves, then cheese slice, then beef patty, then the sauce again and then tomatoes and onions on top. Cover with the top slider bun and serve immediately with National Tomato Ketchup and fries.
