The Made Easy E-Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Made Easy E-Store for resale, and we in our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
The personal information/data provided to us by you or your use of the Site will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. You agree, understand and acknowledge that the Site is an online website that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated therein at any time from any location using currently Cash on Delivery. You further agree and acknowledge that National Foods ltd or National Made Easy are only a facilitator and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the Site or on a payment gateway as made available to you by an independent service provider.
All prices are listed in Rupees and are inclusive of GST and are listed on the Site. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed.

When you place an Order with National Made Easy, Made Easy will confirm your order by sending you a confirmation email containing the Order receipt. Where applicable, Orders will include delivery fees and any applicable tax (e.g. goods and services tax, value-added tax, etc.).
The Company offers their goods in specific delivery areas. By entering your delivery address on the Platform, you will be provided with a list of delivery areas catered to by the Company. Delivery areas may expand, shrink or change depending on weather and traffic conditions and situations of force majeure.
National Made Easy has partnered with BlueEx for all deliveries. Blue Ex shall deliver your Order to the delivery address provided by You. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you in your email confirmation, but delivery times shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.). You can view your order status when you click on ‘My orders’ on the Platform. You acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimate and Orders may arrive earlier or later. To ensure that you do not miss a delivery of an Order, you should ensure that either you or someone is at the delivery location to receive the Order once an Order is placed.
In cases where our last mile delivery provider, Blue Ex attempts to deliver an Order, but are unable to do so due to the reasons caused by you, including but not limited to:
If you remain uncontactable or fail to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the Order arrives at your delivery address, National Foods ltd or National Made Easy reserves the right to cancel the Order without remedy to you.
Upon receipt of your Order, if you discover that there are issues with your Order (e.g. wrong order, defective order, or missing items) please inform the rider immediately at the time of delivery and contact customer support immediately. Contact must be made within 3 days. In some cases, National Foods ltd or National Made Easy may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will have your product/s replaced.
