2 chicken breasts
National Broast
1 egg
Then coat in bread crumbs and corn flex and shallow fry them!
4-5 tbsp Buffalo sauce
2 tbsp Butter (mix buffalo sauce and butter together.
Marinate chicken in National Broast masala for an hour, dip marinated chicken in crumbs then dip cold water and repeat the process. Deep fry it. Dip it in buffalo sauce mixture.
For sandwiches sauce:
2 tbsp National Mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tsp National Vinegar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp National Black Pepper
Assemble your sandwich buffalo coated chicken and this white sauce and add vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients:
Water 1 cup
National Strawberry jelly
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 4 tbsp
National Strawberry custard
Milk 1/2 cup
Whipped cream
Mixed berries
Muesli
Method:
Take 1 pack of National strawberry jelly and add it to hot water, mix it well and your jelly is ready.
Take 2 cups of milk and add 4 tbsp sugar to it and bring it to boil. Add 4 tbsp of National Strawberry Custard in 1/2 cup of milk and make a paste. Now add the paste to the boiled milk and mix gradually until it becomes thick.
Now start layering!
First layer: National Strawberry Jelly
Second layer: National Strawberry Custard
Third layer: Whipped cream
Fourth layer: Mixed Berries
Fifth layer: National Strawberry Custard

Ingredients:
Green Chillies 9-10
2tbsp National vinegar
Water as required
500g chicken boneless (cut in small pieces)
1tsp ginger garlic paste
2tbsp National Tikka Boti Masala
1tsp National Crushed Pickle
1tsp lemon juice
Cheese 1/3 cup shredded
Bread crumbs, flour & egg to coat
For dip sauce:
1tbsp National Chilli Garlic, National Classic Mayo & National Chinese Chilli Sauce
1/2 tsp Mustard paste
National Salt and National pepper to taste
Recipe:
-Dip Green Chillies in vinegar water after taking out all the seeds and leave for 10-15 mins. Then set them aside.
-Add oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and chicken, cook until it changes color then add tikka boti masala and lemons juice. In the end add crushed pickles. Mix and set aside.
-Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese in the chicken and mix well
-Now stuff the Chillies with this filling and coat well with flour, egg and crumbs. Dip again in egg and crumbs to double coat.
-Fry until crispy and golden brown
-Make a dip sauce using National Chilli Garlic, National Mayo, mustard and National Chilli Sauce.
-Serve together

•National Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
•National’s Red chili powder 1tsp
•Chicken powder 1tsp
•Lemon juice 1 tbsp
•Cream 2tbsp
•Yogurt 1/2 cup
•Capsicum 1 julian cut
•Onions 2 medium sliced
•Oil 3-4 tbsp
•Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsl
•Frozen Parathas 8-10
•Piece of coal
• National Salt to tast
•Green Mint Chutney
( Few fresh corriander & mint leaves, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp cumin+ Chili flakes+ 1/2 cup yogurt + salt to taste)
Method:
1. Marinate chicken with National Tandoori masala 3 tbsp, National’s Red chili powder 1ts, Chicken powder 1tsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Yogurt 1/2 cup , Cream 2 tbsp, Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp & National salt to taste.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry until tender.
3. Now uncover. Fry for a minute. (make sure there’s no water) Turn the flame low. Add Onions and capsicum.
4. Burn a piece of coal until red hot. Place a piece of foil & pour some oil over it. Immediately cover for 2 mins. It will give a smokey flavor to chicken. Add capsicum in the end and mix. Turn of the flame.
5. Make Fresh/ Frozen Parathas. Spread Mint Chutney. Add chicken & vegetables & Wrap it!

3 boiled potatoes

1tsp National Shami Kabab Recipe mix
National Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
Bread slices
Green chutney
Onions
Capsicum
National Mayonnaise
National Chilli garlic sauce
National vinegar
Directions:
In a pan, add some oil, cumin seeds and garlic paste. Mix well.
Now add in the mashed potatoes followed by the spices i.e National turmeric powder, National red chilli powder, National chat masala, National shami kabab recipe mix and National salt.
Mix and cook for a minute.
Lastly, add in a hand full of chopped coriander, mix again and set it aside.
Now for the assembling, take 2 bread slices, put some green chutney and spread it.
On top of this, put some onions and aloo masala.
To make a special sauce, mix mayonnaise, National chilli garlic sauce and vinegar together.
Now spread it onto the aloo masala and then put the capsicum.
Toast the sandwich from both sides and it's good to go.
Cut into half and serve!

Recipe
Take chicken pieces, make deep cuts. Make marination of all the spices, yogurt, National vinegar, ginger garlic paste & mix everything well!
Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours
Take a wok, add generous amount of oil deep fry chicken till cooked.
Take another pan add some oil/butter, put in the left over marinade, add the fried chicken, give it a good mix!
Smoke it, and drip some lemon juice and its ready to serve

CUSTARD FILLING:
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
National Custard Powder 6 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Cream 1/3 cup
DOUGH PREPARATION:
Warm milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 3tbsp
Instant yeast 1tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
3 Pinch of National Salt
2 eggs room temperature
4tbsp melted butter
2 cups flour (sifted)
Oil for frying
Caster sugar for coating
DIRECTIONS
In a sauce - pan add milk along with sugar and let it boil, in a bowl add National Custard Powder with milk whisk well and pour the mixture in milk & cook until thickens.
Let it cool and add cream pour in a Piping bag and set aside.
For dough preparation, in a large bowl add milk, sugar and yeast, let it rest for 10 minutes, now combine all wet ingredients then into it add dry ingredients mix it well and make a ball shape using hands knead the dough well. Transfer back into the bowl, cover and leave for 1 hour in warm place. When Dough became double in size take it out from bowl, cut 8 parts equally for large donuts and 16 parts equally for medium sized doughnuts...make ball shapes and transfer into the try align with butter paper. Press a little and let it rest for an hour.
Fry on medium low flame until golden brown. Let it cool down, Cap with caster sugar , make a whole using knife or skewer, fill with Custard cream filling and enjoy.

• 500gm beef keema
• 1 pack National Chapli Kabab Masala
• National Iodized Pink salt (as per taste)
• Coriander 1cup chopped
• Green Chilies 2-3 chopped
• Onions 2 small (chopped)
• 1 egg
• Tomato
• Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
• 2tbsp wheat flour
Method
-Take 500gm of Mutton Mince, and squeeze of its juices out with your hands or a cloth. Discard the juices and use the squeezed mince
-Now add 1 whole back of National Chapli Kabab masala and salt as per your taste
-Add chopped onions (after draining all of their water by squeezing just like the mince), green chilies, coriander, wheat flour, egg, ginger garlic and mix well.
-Refrigerate this for 30mins to 1 hour then make Kababs
-Place around tomato in the center and fry until done from both sides.
