Feast on the richness & delicious taste of Mutton Biryani by @sarasimplepleasure made with National Bombay Biryani Recipe Mix.

Ingredients

• Mutton 750 grams
• Yogurt 200 grams
• National Bombay Biryani masala 1 pack
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
• Oil 3-4 tablespoons
• Vinegar 2 tablespoons
• Roasted cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
• Green cardamoms 5-6
• Cloves 7-8
• Black peppercorns 10-12
• Cinnamon sticks 2-3
• Star anise 2-3
• Bay leaf 1-2
• Mint leaves 1/4 cup
• Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
• Tamarind 1 tablespoon
• Onions 300 grams (sliced)
• Tomatoes 400 grams (chopped)
• Final touches
• Fried onions to sprinkle
• Tomato slices 10-12
• Lemon slices 5-6
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• coriander leaves 1/4 cup
• mint leaves 1/4 cup
• Green chilies 5-6
• Boiled rice 1 kg
• Food color a pinch

Recipe Method

Take a bowl and marinate mutton with all the spices, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, and coriander leaves with a bit of oil for 2 hours.
Take a wok add oil and sliced onions, let it fry till golden, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it a bit, and add tomatoes.
Cover it for a while add your marinated mutton and let it cook till the mutton is completely tender, add mint, and coriander leaves, and top it with green chilies and lemon juice.
Take a broad pan, add some oil in the base along with cardamoms and let it fry for 2 minutes, turn the flame on the lowest add half of your boiled rice, and put the layer of biryani masala and leftover boiled rice. Top it with fried onions, sliced tomatoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, food coloring, and some spice powder.
Cover it for 5-7 minutes and your piping hot National Mutton Biryani is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Healthy Tandoor Salad
• 1 piece chicken breast
• 1 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbsp National Tandoori Masala
• 1/2 tsp oil
• 1 tbsp lemonade
For dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp mustard sauce
• 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp National Black Pepper
For salad:
• Lettuce
• Any vegetables of your choice
• Dry fruit

Method:
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes with all above mentioned ingredients. Then cook on low medium heat, add one tablespoon oil if you want.
Now prepare salad dressing, mix all the ingredients and pour it on your vegetable. Mix well. Then top it with your chicken and nuts and it’s done!

DIRECTIONS
in a bowl add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, chicken Tikka masala, cumin powder, chopped coriander, and olive oil, mix it well and marinate chicken fillets cover it, and leave it for about 20 minutes.
Grease grill pan with olive oil and grill marinated chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side, take it out on a plate and set it aside.
Grate cauliflower and set aside. In a cooking wok add butter & olive oil, add freshly chopped garlic, and spring onion whites cook for 2 minutes.
Now add grated cauliflower cook for 5 minutes and stir continuously to prevent burning. Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and spring onion greens, and cook for a few minutes. Dish it out in a plate and serve it with lemon and Greek yogurt

This spicy crispy Chicken Broast is tender and juicy from the inside and crispy and spicy from the outside!

Ingredients:
For Chicken marination
Chicken with skin (8 pieces cut), 1 kg
National vinegar ¼ cup
National salt 2 tablespoon

Step 1:
In a bowl add chicken with vinegar, salt and cover with water completely for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take out chicken from water and marinate.

For broast marination
National salt 1 tablespoon
National red chili powder 2 tablespoon
Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
National garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
National chili sauce 3 se 4 tablespoon
Water 3-4 tablespoons

Step 2:
Add all above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl and add chicken. Mix well. Keep chicken in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Breading mix
Flour 2.5 cups
Corn flour 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
National salt 1 tablespoon
Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
National garlic powder 1 teaspoon
National red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Oil for deep fry

Step 3:
1. Mix all breading ingredients in a big bowl.
2. Now add marinated chicken in the breading mix and coat it properly. Fry on medium flame for at least 12-15 minutes.
3. When chicken turns golden and chicken pieces come to the top take them out and pat off excess oil.
4. Serve with National Chilli Garlic Sauce or National Garlic Mayo and Enjoy!

HALEEM MAKING
STEP # 1
National Daigi Denedar Haleem Masala ( grains) 1 Packet
Water 3 liters
METHOD
1. Wash grains and soak them for at least 2 hours in water. Now add grains in strainer and wash once again with clean water.
2. Now add grains and 3 liters water in a pot and cook until grains are completely tender. Once they are done, blend grains in the blender.

Serve hot garnished with fried onions, ginger julienne, finely chopped coriander, green chili slices.

CHICKEN & POTATO MIXTURE
Chicken Boiled & Shredded 1 Cup
Potato Boiled & Mashed 1 Cup
National Chicken Tikka Masala 1 & ½ Tsp
Chicken Powder 1 Teaspoon
Cheddar Cheese 150gm To 160gm (10gm Each)
Coating:
Flour (Maida) As Per Required
Eggs 2 To 3
National Salt, To Taste
Breadcrumbs As Per Required
Oil For Deep Frying

METHOD

1. Peel potatoes and boil them until soft and then mash.
2. Now boil chicken until gets tender now shred chicken.
3. Take a bowl put shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, chicken powder, and National Chicken Tikka Masala. Mix well to make the perfect mixture.
4. Take 30gm potato and chicken mixture now keep 10-gram cheese cube on the mixture and cover it with the mixture and make round balls with the help of hands.
5. Now beat eggs in the bowl and add National salt to taste.
6. Add flour in the second bowl and breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
7. Coat all chicken cheese balls with flour then dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
8. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes or until turn into nice golden color.
Serve with National Tomato Ketchup and Chilli Garlic Sauce.

Small Green chilies paste, 1 Tablespoon
Small fresh green chilies, 3 to 4
Star anise, 8 to 10
Cinnamon, 3 to 4
Black pepper whole, 1 Teaspoon
National Biryani masala, 1 packet
Yogurt 1 cup
Zarda color ½ Teaspoon
Fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon (Finely chopped)
Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon
Tomato slices 1 (for biryani layering) must add these for adding rice
Oil 4 to 5 Tablespoon (this will come on top of rice after they are added to gravy)

Rice Boiling Method:
Water 3 liters
National Salt 2 tablespoons
Oil 3-4 tablespoon

Add water, salt and oil in a pot and add rice when water starts to boil. Boil rice until 3/4th done.

METHOD
1. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan, add tomatoes, National Bombay biryani Masala, garlic ginger paste, chili paste, star anise, cinnamon, whole black pepper, fresh chili, potatoes, and water. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
2. Stir gravy well with spoon until tomatoes are completely mashed.
3. Now add chicken, yogurt, and color. Cook it for further 5 minutes.
4.Add this stage, add coriander, mint leaves and tomato slices as a layer on your chicken gravy and then layer with boil rice.
5. Drizzle oil on top and steam cook for 10-12 minutes.
6. Delicious Daighi Style Bombay Biryani is ready!
