Black Chickpea Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Black Chickpea 2 cups
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Sliced Onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • National Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  • National Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Boil Potato 1

Directions

  • In a pan, heat oil, add sliced onion and fry it until it turns light brown.
  • Add Cumin and boiled Black chickpea's and mix it well.
  • Add all spices mentioned above with tamarind pulp, National Chili Garlic Sauce and Mix it well.
  • Take it out in a serving dish and add chopped onion, tomatoes, chilies and boiled potato on top.
  • Sprinkle some National Chaat masala.
  • Serve and enjoy!
