- Mutton : 1/2 kg
- Fresh Mint Leaves : 8
- Garlic : 6 cloves
- Onions : 1/2 cup, sliced
- Potatoes : 4
- Rice : 1/2 kg, boiled
- Green Chilies : 4
- Yellow Food coloring : 1 pinch
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt : 1 cup
- Tomatoes : 2
- Oil : 1/2 cup
- National Bombay Biryani Masala : 1 packet (50 grams)
Heat the oil, fry the onions, and add the mutton, 1 glass of water, garlic cloves and National Bombay Biryani Masala to the pot.
Cover and cook for half an hour.
When the meat is tender, stir in the potatoes, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Stir in mint, green chilies and boiled rice.
Sprinkle with yellow food coloring and cook covered for half an hour until the rice is thoroughly flavored with mutton.
