Ramzan and monsoon special recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup besan
  • 1tsp chili flakes
  • 1tsp roasted and crushed National cumin
  • 1tsp roasted and crushed National coriander
  • Half tsp National chaat masala
  • National salt to taste
  • 1 potato, Julienne cut
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 3 sliced green chilies
  • Half cup chopped spinach
  • 3tbsp chopped green coriander
  • Water as required

Directions

  • Mix everything into besan.
  • Add some water and make a thick batter.
  • Let it rest for half an hour.
  • Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle national chat masala over hot pakoras.
  • Serve with national ketchup.
