Eid ul azha special

Ingredients:

  • Paya beef 1
  • Onion 1 large paste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1
  • Oil 200 ml
  • National Paya recipe mix 1 pack
  • National chaat masala 2 tbsp

Directions

  • In a pot, add washed paya, ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp National paya recipe mix, National chaat masala, and 8 glasses of water.
  • Cook for 4 hours till tender.
  • In a pan, add oil, onion paste, and the remaining National paya recipe mix and bhoonofy till oil separates.
  • Then add this masala into the paya and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot!
