Beef Boti Tantuni

Enjoy this delicious Turkish street style beef wrap spiced with National’s Tikka Boti Masala.

I Made It

Ingredients:

 

  • Beef undercut 500 g
  • Cut into very thinly slices (for reference check video on you tube)
  • Olive oil ½ cup
  • Paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • National Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
  • National meat tenderizer ¼ tsp
  • Water 1.5 cup
  • Ready-made chapati 3-4
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Tomato without seeds sliced 2
  • Lettuce leaves chopped ½ bunch
  • Parsley chopped 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 -3 tbsp
  • National chat masala 1/3 tsp
  • (in a mixing bowl add onion, tomato, lettuce leaves, parsley, lemon juice, chat masala and mix well. This vegetable will use in roll filling.)

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, add beef undercut, olive oil, salt, paprika, Behari boti masala, meat tenderizer, mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
  • In a cooking pan add marinated beef undercut, water, and cook on medium high flame.
  • Cook for 15 minutes on medium high heat.
  • Meat is ready.
  • keep a little gravy for soaking chapati in next step.
  • Soak chapati lightly in gravy for extra flavor then heat on tawa. (As also shown in reference video)
  • Add cooked meat and vegetables and roll it into a roll.
