Crispy stir-fried okra with aromatic Pakistani spices
Sunehri Bhindi is a popular Pakistani okra dish featuring crispy golden bhindi (okra) stir-fried with aromatic spices. This vegetable side dish pairs perfectly with roti, paratha, or rice, adding color and flavor to your meal.
1. Cut okra into small pieces, ensuring they are completely dry.
2. Heat oil and deep fry okra until golden and crispy. Set aside.
3. In same pan, fry onions until brown. Add tomatoes and all spices.
4. Add fried okra, mix gently, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with roti!
