Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • National tikka Masala 3tbsp
  • National red chili 1/4 tsp
  • National black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • National ketchup 2tbsp
  • National Soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 2
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Skewers

Directions

  • Cut chicken fillets into cubes.
  • Add National tikka masala and all other spices with ginger garlic paste, National ketchup, and soy sauce in it.
  • Mix it well and let it rest to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Take skewers, and insert chicken cubes in skewers.
  • Take egg in a bowl, beat it, and put breadcrumbs on a wide plate.
  • Now dip chicken skewers in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
  • Similarly make all stick boti in this way.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken tikka stick boti on medium heat until golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup or any sauce.
